A New Season, A Living Journey

Listen to the accompanying podcast here.

There’s something about a new year that feels less like a clean slate and more like a deep breath.

This second season of Ecstatic Life marks a quiet milestone for me. Not flashy. Not loud. But real. Like noticing one morning that your child’s shoes no longer fit and you don’t remember exactly when that happened.

Over the past year, I’ve grown my blog, coaching business and podcast the same way I’ve grown my five children: with patience, presence, experimentation, and a whole lot of trust in organic timing. Growth hasn’t been linear. It’s been cyclical. Seasonal. Alive. (And even a little messy.)

As a mom who has been homeschooling for two decades (who was homeschooled herself, and now runs a community co-op) I’ve learned this truth in my bones: the most transformative learning doesn’t happen under pressure. It happens when we create the conditions for curiosity, safety, and embodied wisdom to unfold.

That ethos is shaping this new season.

Ecstatic Life feels like a baby again - but not a fragile one. A sturdier, wiser iteration. One that’s been fed, held, challenged, and allowed to evolve. This season will go deeper. It will be more honest. More inspiring. More liberating. More joyful. More ME.

If you’ve been craving conversation, lessons and wisdom that honors nervous systems, spirituality, femininity, families, motherhood, learning, and the sacred mess of becoming… you’re in the right place.

And if this message resonates, here’s your gentle nudge:
Follow the podcast and like & share episodes that move you
Join the newsletter for reflections, resources, and first access to what’s unfolding
Join one of my coaching containers (I'm creating new feminine reclamation experiences all the time!)

Let’s grow this thing together; slowly, intentionally, and with a little reverence for what’s already blooming.
