I’m a mom. I have a full life. I’m not sitting around in a candle-lit room meditating four hours a day (though that would be nice!)

This looks like:

  • Putting on music and dancing while I cook dinner

  • Stepping outside with the sun on my face and my feet in the earth

  • Using tapping or breathwork when I feel overwhelmed

  • Saying 'yes' to the experiences that light me up, and 'no' to things that bog me down

Over time, these simple choices to follow your pleasure completely shift how your life feels.

One day, you realize you feel good in your skin again (or maybe even for the first time.)
