Nicole is inspirational, loving, kind and very knowledgeable. There are so many tools and gifts I've learned from her; from the kitchen, to family, to kids, to overall community involvement. Nicole definitely is somebody that I go to for clarification and support when needed. She is a very holistic, hippie chick! Her spirit is so lovely. It's so beautiful. It's pure kindness. She provides education of the basics: what we put into our soul, into our system, in our mouths, in our ears and what we see. She is talented beyond measure.
